CREEPOZOIDS

David DeCoteau, USA, 1987, Full Moon, Horror

“Despite its low budget, CREEPOZOIDS contains a generous amount of special effects and a lot of gore.” - TALES OF TERROR

Horror megastar Linnea Quigley and adult film icon Ashlyn Gere are among the apocalyptic survivors wandering the Los Angeles wastelands. When they find a mystifying underground bunker, they assume they’ve found a safe haven of canned food and gratuitous showers, but they’ll soon be besieged by myriad malevolent mutated miscreations, including gargantuan rats, tentacled nightmares, and meat-hungry death-dealers beyond imagination. Impressively executed despite its miniscule budget, director DeCoteau (SORORITY BABES IN THE SLIMEBALL BOWL-A-RAMA; NIGHTMARE SISTERS) successfully serves up a fast food drive-thru of ALIEN-influenced, post-nuke hysteria with a slash n’ a smile.
