George (Jean Sorel of LIZARD IN A WOMAN’S SKIN, BELLE DE JOUR) needs cash to expand his San Francisco clinic, and is having an affair with glamorous fashion photog Jane. When George’s wife dies by asthma, leaving him an insurance payout, his “problems” are solved -- until an anonymous phone call sends him to a strip club where he’s astonished to discover that its dangerously desirable featured performer looks exactly like his dead wife.
