Starring Meiko Kaji (LADY SNOWBLOOD) and directed by genre veterans Yasuharu Hasebe (MASSACRE GUN) and Toshiya Fujita (LADY SNOWBLOOD), the STRAY CAT ROCK series features a psychedelic mix of girl gangs, bikers, sex, drugs, rock ‘n roll and plenty of ass-kicking. It’s all captured in a delirious mash-up of pop-art aesthetics including split screens, freeze frames, frenetic editing, and dizzying angles, making these films a riotous joy from beginning to end. In STRAY CAT ROCK: DELINQUENT GIRL BOSS, the first film of the series, a girl gang battle a criminal organization called the Seiyu Group. Blood is shed and friendships are tested following a fixed boxing match.
