AATANK—better known as "the Bollywood JAWS"—is a lovely outsider extravaganza, filled with melodrama, songs, flesh-eating dogs, and one of the most unreal fake sharks you'll ever seen. Mostly filmed in the mid-1980s and completed a decade later, this cut-and-paste miracle also features bizarre visual discontinuities and a visibly aging star who changes appearance from scene to scene.
