A pilot for British Empire Airways is found to be at fault for the death of his co-pilot after the crash of his jetliner at takeoff. But when a fellow pilot later dies under similar circumstances, the question arises: are the crashes the result of human error, or has the aircraft's manufacturer made a grave mistake?
