Vinny (Joe Spinell, MANIAC) is a shlubby cab driver with dreams of being a major Hollywood producer. Determined to have scream queen Jenna Bates (Caroline Munro, STARCRASH) star in his film, Vinny follows her to the Cannes Film Festival where she’s promoting her new horror movie. As Vinny’s obsession with Jenna grows, the body count begins. However, the bodies keep disappearing, leading the police to believe that it’s all just a publicity stunt for Jenna’s next film.
