This offbeat, gleefully violent NYC rager is akin to a lost Troma classic you never knew existed, and also has bits of pretty relevant social commentary! At the grotesque Big Mama's underground abortion clinic / brothel, a fetus is flushed into the sewer where it chomps on toxic waste and mutates into an ever-growing bloodthirsty behemoth. The girls, johns and other assorted weirdos trapped inside Big Mama’s must face off against the agitated prenatal creature (as well as each other) in a quest to stay alive.
